ランチでうかがいました。
大阪牛とキノコのポトフが繊細な味わいで、胃袋に染み渡ります。このスープは丼でグイグイいきたいですね。絶対に健康に良いはず！
スタートはヴィシソワーズに鮎のリエットです。鮎のハラワタの苦味が良いですね。
ホタテはとても大きくて、食べ応えがありました。豆との相性が良いですね。
黒あわひを４種のソースでいただきました。肝の扱い方が絶妙ですね。
鯛とラビオリは魚出汁ベースのソースが美味しい。
フランスの牛肉なんて久しぶりでした。
デザートまで美味しくいただきました。
