この店、前々からきになってたんですわ。
連れが美味いって言うてたんで、ずっと行きたかったんですわ。
打ち上げで10人程度で利用しましたわ。
この時期なんで、席は分けられて、コンロの上のアクリル板も嫌やけど、この時期なんでしょうがないですわ。
店内入り口には、肉のショーケース冷蔵庫がありますわ！
俺は、これを肉の披露宴と呼んでますわ。
たまに肉のお立ち台とも言うてますわ。
この霜降り肉の塊がドーンと置いてある店、大好きなんですわ。
和牛で自信あるからこそ置いてると思うんですわ。
肉のショーケースと胸の谷間は、何回見てもテンション上がりますわ！
話戻しますわ。
生もんや肉寿司も旨味あり甘味ありで美味いですわ。
焼きも軽炙りで食うて美味いですわ。
結構霜降りなんで、後半はよく焼きで油落として食うても良きですわ。
店内も広いし、店員さんの対応も良きですわ。
肉にしっかり切り込みが入ってるのが多く、柔らかくする仕事もしっかりしてる印象ですわ。
タレは意外にサッパリで、コッテリの肉とも合うし、パックリでポックリですわ。
また来たいと思いますわ。
