I often go there near my house. I usually only order the so-called standard menu of tongue, skirt steak, and short ribs, but this time, I was given a very detailed explanation of the recommended menu, so I ordered the special selections Uchihira and Marushin shown in the attached photo. The specially selected Marushin is so delicious that you can eat white rice with just Marushin! The more I think.
