2020年1月。
仕事帰りに友人達と堺筋本町の『しゃぶ陣』さんへ。
（ちょっとした新年会です。）
しゃぶしゃぶやすき焼き食べ放題のお店なんですが、最近は
食べ放題でガッツリ頑張る気合いもなくなったので、昼飯を
抜く事なく、ゆる〜い気持ちで突撃してきました。
19時からの予約で入店し、座敷席へ。
今回はプレミア黒毛和牛肉・野菜食べ放題、飲み放題２時間
付きのすき焼きコースで1人5000円（税抜）を注文。
（お通し、〆のきしめん、デザート付き）
ドリンクはハイボールや梅酒などを注文。
肝心のすき焼きですが、肉のスライスは薄めですが、肉自体
美味しいし、食べ放題・飲み放題だからといってオカワリに
時間がかかる感じもなく、サクサク注文を通してくれました。
（やっぱ飲み放題、食べ放題はこうでないと♪）
とはいえ、30分程で腹も膨れ 自分は失速してましたが。汗
しまいには肉を諦め、ご飯＆卵を使ってＴＫＧにして食べて
みたり。（←試合放棄ｗ）
やっぱこの年になると食べ放題プランはキツイ。スイーツの
食べ放題ならそこそこ頑張れると思いますがｗ
（ちなみにドリンクも３杯くらいにしておきました。）
でも久々のすき焼き、しっかり堪能できました。
ごちそうさまでした〜
