すき焼きでも食べようと思った次第。席についてから、食べ放題がメインの店であることに気がついた。女将さんかな、お試しメニューがありますよ、とすすめてくれた。
黒毛和牛のすき焼きをもらいましょう。
メニューには、グラムサイズの違いで何通りか用意されていた。
注文を済ませたらすき焼きの用意がされる。卵たくさん。
黒毛和牛、120gを注文したかな。
最初の具の投入はお店でやってくれた。
流れるように具を投入し、勢い肉も投入されたので、慌てて卵をとき始める。柔らかいね、和牛。上質な脂、キリリとした割下が、牛肉の甘みをより引き立てているように思う。
追加の肉を注文してみた。
和牛の追加もあるけど、豚肉があった。しかも黒豚。牛肉と比較して、しっかりと食感がある。肉の個性は豚肉の方が少なく、思えば小さな頃は牛肉よりも豚肉の方が多かった。母親は牛肉が苦手だったと思う。
うどんも用意されていて、お腹いっぱい。
デザートは柚子シャーベットだった。
