この日は本町で仕事。
午前中にランチを済ませるなきゃいけない珍しいシチュエーション。
ならばと行ったことのない、バンブルビーさんへ。
到着は11時05分ごろ。
先客1名で後客1名と落ち着いてきる時間帯。
入って、カウンターに座ったら、マスターから
「何にします?」
「初めての方は、この3色カリーが多いです！」
「今日は牛肩ロースとキノコ、とり肉キーマ、あとは鴨！鹿！マトン！とり肝から選べます！」
（だったかな？）流れるような説明で呆気に取られる。
流れ過ぎて焦ってしまうのは後客の人も同じだった。
コチラは予習もあまりしてこなかったので、オススメに合わせて、3色カリーのとり肝キーマを選択した。
待つこと5分以内で出来上がり。
■ 3色カリー
なかなか焦茶色なカレーにレタスとエディブルフラワーが憎い演出。
まずは牛肩ロースときのこのカレーから。
肩ロースの肉の食感がとてもいい感じで、グニグニっとした食感はボリューム感が出る。
スパイスの中でもカルダモンの利いた味わいで、なかなか辛い。
次いでとり肉キーマ。
こちらは甘さが前面に来て、後から辛さや痺れが増す。
最後にとり肝キーマ。
とり肉キーマとやや被り。
ただ、甘さとコクはこちらの方が強め。何というかとり肉キーマより振り幅が広い感じ。
ライスも選択制で玄米にしたんだけど、玄米の硬さや香ばしさはこのカレーによくあっている気がした。
スパイスカレーなんだけど、大阪でよく見るスパイスカレーとも違う、ここでしか食べられないバンブルビーの味だと感じた。
五味の中でも特に甘さと辛さや痺れのジェットコースターの様な振り幅の大きな味は食べてて楽しかった。
