１週間前に食した鯖定食が悪い意味で忘れられず、週末自宅で塩焼きを戴いた。
酒の肴に最高で、つい飲み過ぎてしまいました。。。
今週のランチは隔日でしたが２回連続してカツでしたので、ヘルシーな魚を戴こうと思います。
ＢＭしている中から旨そうなお店を厳選し、決定したのが此方。
広く席を空けたカウンターにご案内頂くと同時に、「本日の日替わりは、若鳥の唐揚げ明太子マヨソースです。」と案内される。
座った席の左側の方はサバの味噌煮定食。
右の方は塩サバを食しておられる。
ブレずにサバ塩焼き定食をお願いする。
後客さん達がオーダーを通す都度、「塩サバ２、とか煮サバ３」とか板さんが発声されています。
聞いていると残数を読み上げているようで、１２時１０分の時点で煮サバも塩サバも捌けました。
理由は単純。
旨いから。
配膳後、味噌汁から戴く。
間違いありませんな。
出汁をきちんと取られたプロが作った味噌汁。
丸く加工された大根おろしに醤油を掛け、鯖の身を解して戴く。
オーター後に焼き上げられたもので、身もホロッと解れます。
ご飯と一緒に咀嚼すると、日本人で良かったと思わせられる瞬間。
小振りな茶碗に盛られたご飯は、アッと言う間に無くなります。
茶碗半分だけお替りをお願いし、きれいに完食致しました。
さて、標題に書いた接客に触れます。
オーダー品を打ち込むハンディタイプの電子機器の調子が悪く、給士さんが店長に見せようとした時の事。
カウンター席を広く取られていたので、私と左側の席の間から器械を渡そうとしたのです。
その瞬間、別の給士さんから「そこは駄目、向こうに回って見せて」と教育をされました。
本当は聞こえない様に指導するのが宜しいのでしょうが、一瞬でもお客さんに迷惑を掛けない事を優先したものと推察します。
お客様ファーストの姿勢が素晴らしい。
そして、当然でしたが戴いた定食も美味しかったです。
