昨日から牛が食べたくて焼肉行こう！
行けてなかったこちらへ。隣の挽肉屋さんの列を横目で見ながら余裕で入店。
4人掛けテーブルに座った瞬間、店員さんが決まってますか？と。いや…ちょっとメニュー見させてください(;´∀`)
何にしようかな〜カルビとロースのセットがある♪
サービスランチのカルビ＆ロース200g、980円のセットにします。
ごはんの量を聞かれます。お腹空いてたから中くらいいけるかな〜と思いましたが、小にしました。
既に七輪はセットしてあるのですぐ焼けます。
1分くらいでお盆に乗って一式出てきました。
あら…カルビがペラペラ。。(^^;)
とりあえず焼きましょう。
ペラペラカルビと、ロースはしっかりしてます。
カルビは即焼けます。ペラペラだからね…カルビからの脂が落ちて炎が燃え盛ります。
まあじゃあカルビから…うーん、何か物悲しい。。やはり焼肉の肉は厚い方がいい(T-T)
そろそろ焼けたロースも…ん？ちょっと苦手な肉の風味が…ロースなのにな。。違うピースはそうでもなかったので振れがあるのかな？
それにしてもよく燃焼を促進するカルビです。
炎が上がる度に火消し警察のように店員のお姉さんが目敏くやってきて氷を網の周囲に配置して鎮火します。
柔らかめのごはんは小でも普通盛りくらいな多さでした。
あとはキムチ、わかめスープ。
焼肉はやっぱり厚切りがいいよ〜
