13:00を過ぎても並んでいる日がありますが、この日はテーブルが1席空いていてすぐに座れました。

こちらのお店のパスタが大好きで、ランチで訪問時はいつもパスタランチを注文しています。
この日のパスタの上には緑色のソースがかかっていて、これがモロヘイヤピューレです。
このモロヘイヤピューレが少しネバネバしていて、麺にからめながら食べると美味しい！
いつも野菜にこだわってらっしゃって美味しいのはもちろんですが、モロヘイヤピューレに感動しました。
