13時過ぎに訪問。座敷に4卓、テーブルが大小合わせて20人分あります。先客、後客とも1組。
店の中に生け簀があって魚料理がメインのよう。銘柄のお酒も揃っています。
昼は店の前に貼っているメニューからも揚げ物を推している感じ。
かつめし850円をオーダー。5分ほどで到着です。
丼からはみ出しそうなカツに錦糸卵、別添えで温泉卵に味噌汁の構成。
卵で閉じないカツ丼 いや かつめし です。味付けは醤油ベース。
カツとご飯に程よく染みています。ベースの味付けはあっさりしていて
カツがこってり。計算された丼になっていました。
よく食べる人でも満足できるボリュームです。
他店のかつめしとは一線を画する珍しい一品。わざわざ行っても損はありません。
