トンカツ定食 1000円
心斎橋商店街の本町と心斎橋の間にあるお店。
看板があるとこを降りると店舗があり、カウンター、テーブル、長テーブル、座敷とありました。
12時半くらいに行き、中央にある長テーブルはメニューで4席ずつ区切られており、斜め前に人がいる形での相席で案内されました。
注文はトンカツ定食に。
すぐに大きめのボールに入った、キャベツサラダが出てきました。和風ドレッシングがかかっており、紅生姜、オレンジが添えられており、結構なボリューム感。
5分ほどでとんかつが到着。
このタイミングで、隣が空き、隣に移動するように案内いただきました。
とんかつは、たぬき色をしたザクザクの衣で、肉は薄く伸ばされており柔らかく、脂はジューシーでもったりとした重たさがある。
ひと口大にカットされているので食べやすい。
甘めでコクがあるデミグラスソースを、たっぷりと付けていただく。辛子をつけると引き締まり、またいい。ご飯との相性抜群！
ご飯は柔らかめの炊き上がり。
ご飯、味噌汁のおかわり無料のサービスもあり、卓上にはしば漬けがあるのは嬉しい。
ボリュームあるサラダ、温玉までついて1000円はコスパ良きでした。
