1935年から続く洋食店
ミシュラン⭐️⭐️のfujiya1935のシェフの帰国、独立に合わて、洋食ふじ家4代目の先代が引退されたが、お客さんの声もあり、その味を復活させたそう
平日水曜日で、開店前3組ほど、少なくとも12時までは待ちなし
昔ながらの王道の洋食メニューが並びますが、ランチメニューがお得 980円⭕（メニューのみ写真）
平日ということもありほとんどの方が注文
初めてだったのてハンバーグ定食をオーダー（写真）
見た目からして美味しそうですが、デミグラスソースが濃厚でお肉にマッチして美味
赤だしの味噌汁にはあさりも
いろんな味を試したくなります
少し西に行ったところに、fujiya1935もあり、入口が知らないと入れない感じでした（写真）
外国人も多く超予約困難なようですがいつか訪れてみたいお店です
