大阪の若い後輩が辞める事になり、チームで引き継ぎとそのあと送別会する事になった。
大阪在の辞める本人にお店の段取りをさせるわけにもいかないので、東京からの出張者のおじさん2人で店探しです。
食べログのランキングも高く、大阪のディープな雰囲気とのコメントで連絡したら席が取れました。

まず．生ビールが美味い！回転が早いから新鮮なのか？ジョッキが、キンキンに冷えてるからか？つぎ方が神技なのか？とにかく美味い生ビール
お店は古い小さなアーケードの一角を、仕切ってお店にした感じでレトロ感ばっちり
じもとのおじちゃん、お兄ちゃんがお姉さん方がコの字のカウンター真ん中に炉端の食材が色々並んでいて奥に大将が焼き物を仕切ってる
小ネギがぱんぱんに詰まったお揚げを焼き浸しにしたネギ揚げ、すき焼きの肉が薄焼き卵で巻いた卵巻き、スペアリブは骨から外されて食べやすい
焼き穴子も美味しかった！とにかく飲み物も食べ物も全部美味しかったです
次回はコメントだけじゃなくてちゃんと写真撮ります。大阪出張の時は寄ります！ごちそうさまでした
