週末のお昼時、ビジネス親父２人で船場センタービル４号館地下２階の飲食街に
繰り出します。
「蒸し暑いなあ～まだ梅雨明けんのかいな、たまらんな、食欲も無くなるで」
などと喋りながらめぼしいお店を探します。
「エライ張り紙の多い店があるがな」「独活庵」ドクカツアン？？
「ちゃうちゃう、うどあんと読むんや。（あ）を抜いたら、「うどん」ははは！」
「なになに、本当にそばが美味い店・・・ほんまかいなあ～」
冗談はこれくらいにして、イボイノシシが「日替わり定食」９５０円
同僚が「田舎定食」９８０円を頼みました。
日替わりには、小ぶりのうなぎ丼（通常の半分くらい）
田舎定食は二段重ねのお重に刺身とかぼちゃなどの煮付けと白ごはん。
そばは、盛かザル、或いは温かいものがチョイスできます、２人とも盛りを注文。
かなり色黒のそば、係りのお姉さんに聞くと「越前そばです」とお答えになりました。
一口すすると、なるほど美味しい♪腰がしっかりしていて喉越しも良い。
出汁もいける。おみそれしました９５０～９８０円の値打ち十分です（＾ｏ＾）
最後に蕎麦湯をだしてくれますが、これがとんこつラーメンのスープみたいに
こってりしている、だけど美味しい♪
味にうるさい女性客も多く、これは確かに本物のおそば屋さんと認めました。
