定期的に食べたくなるハンバーグ。
ミックスベジタブルを見なくてもや。
宿から徒歩で行けるこちらに訪問。
確かにふたつドアがあるな。
左側の黒いドアの前で怪しげにウロウロ
すると白いドアを開けてカウンターで待つようにと。
壁にはサイン色紙なども飾られとる。
オーダーは決まっていた。
全部のせ 1,100円
全部のせとは卵・チーズ・ベーコン乗せのこと。
値段もさほど変わらへんから
そりゃ一番人気になるわな。
後の客もほぼ全部のせやった。
先にお水を出してくれるときが
オーダーのタイミングとしてはベスト。
ほどなくしてスープが提供。
シンプルなスープ。
ハンバーグは確かに大きくないけど
肉質がええのがわかるやつや。
野菜は大きな葉物からいただく。
その下にもやしが比較的多く。
ライスは男性ならば大盛りがオススメ。
デスクワークならばふつうやろか？
例えば昼のピークを過ぎた13時から1時間
ワインや酒を出したらさらに儲かりそう。
だってそれほどの出来やから。
