なんかの雑誌で掲載されていたので行ってみました。
中華の王道と言えば、まずはチャーハン＋餃子。
チャーハンは、パラパラ系ではなく、しっとり。
（お米の質があまり良くないのか？？）
米粒が分かりません（パラパラではないので）
チャーハンの味は美味しかったのですが、米の質がっ。。。
餃子は自家製のお手製で、ニラたっぷりの小ぶりでした。
長崎チャンポンや皿うどんも人気のようです。
次回行くなら、チャーハンより長崎チャンポンかラーメンですね。
何気に昔ながらのオムライスがビジュアル的に美味しそうでした。
