うまく詠めました。
散髪に行く直前に、心斎橋駅近くにあるカフェにて、一休み。ドトール系列のお店です。
・プロテインミルクスムージー～バナナキャラメル～
マッスルテック社のホエイプロテインを使用いているとか。テイストはバナナ、ミルクをメインに、プロテインミックスパウダーを使い、ミルキーな飲みやすいスムージーです。
しかも8g以上という高タンパク質を含有。運動直後に飲むと身に付きそう。
甘さはちょうどいい。ちなみに私生活でプロテインを飲んだことがありますが、それに比べても非常に飲みやすい。常飲したくなるドリンクです。
カフェのエクセごはんも売り出し中で、チキンドリアやビスクも美味しそう。
