ニュー上海 瓦町本店@堺筋本町/天津カレー焼き飯(大盛)
この日も公休日ということでいつものようにのんびりと過ごす。本日のお昼はやはり以前購入した町中華の本に載っていたお店へ。
歩いてでも行けるがいつもと同じように日本橋から電車で堺筋本町へ。駅から少し歩いてお店に到着。こちらは地下にお店があるので初見の人には判りにくい？かもしれない。
階段を降りると外待ち(外待ちといっても階段で並んでるのだが)3名。私もその後ろに接続して待つが、5分も待たなかっただろうかようやく入店。
カウンター席に座り一応メニューを見るが頼む物は決まっているので天津カレー焼き飯の大盛をオーダー。
暫し待ってからの提供。
こんもりとしたドーム型に盛られ薄焼き玉子に被われた焼き飯。少し破れている箇所があるがそれはご愛敬ということで。
とりあえず一口頂いてみる。焼き飯はしっとり系なタイプ。カレーはマイルドスパイシーな雰囲気で辛いのが好きな人には物足りないと思うかもしれないが、万人受けする味付けではないだろうか。大盛の割にはご飯の量が少ない？と思ったが、ガツンとお腹に溜まる量だったので満足できるもの。
周りは定食とかを頼んでいる人が多かったかな。他のメニューも気になので再訪は確実やね。
