引継ぎや挨拶やらで、日を追って忙しくなり
行きたいお店の遠征ランチも、ままならなず。
ＢＭ店は、まだまだ沢山あるのですが・・・。
ということで、この日のランチは会社近くの
こちらでサッと済ますことになりました。
①お店の外観、雰囲気、インテリアなど
本町駅から徒歩5分位。小さな雑居ビルの
入り口近くにあるバーです。
昼間はカレー屋さんとして営業しています。
店はかなり狭くて、カウンター席も隣の人と
肘が当たるくらいの距離です。
椅子の座り心地も良くないし、少々薄暗くて
お昼の雰囲気は微妙かも・・・ 汗
夜は、またガラッと違うのだと思いますが。
②お料理について
ランチメニューは、カレーが全部で6種類。
メニュー表には「トッピング全て手作り！」と
あります。
その中でも「サムズ名物！」と謳われている
“ハンバーグカレー”をオーダーしました。
注文を受けて、ハンバーグを焼き始めます。
暫くすると、白い楕円形のお皿に、カレールー
チーズ、半熟玉子、ハンバーグ、ライスが
乗って供されます。
まずは、ルーを一口。ほんのりした甘みと
追って酸味が追いかけていきます。
スパイスの存在は強く感じませんが、玉葱や
フルーツの円やかさが下支えしているのが
分かります。
ハンバーグは、挽き肉よりもパン粉多めかな。
独特の口当りで、好き嫌いが分かれそう。
とろけるチーズは良いですね。ルーにコクが
加わりますし、風味のアクセントになります。
ライス大盛りにせずとも、ボリュームは十分。
お腹一杯になりました。
③スタッフの接客について
狭い厨房には、調理担当の男性がお１人いて
忙しそうに手を動かしていました。
その他、店前には接客＆呼び込み担当の男性。
明るく楽しいトークで次々来店するお客様を
上手に捌いていました。
お料理の提供スピードも適正で、お会計も
スムーズ。特に気になる点はありません。
④ＣＰについて
私好みの「スパイスの存在が際立つ」ような
カレーではありませんでしたが、どことなく
懐かしく、これはこれで美味しかったです。
ただ、ハンバーグの味わいは少々微妙な感じ。
お店の雰囲気も、人を選びそうですね。。
スタッフの接客応対は、感じが良かったので
相殺してＣＰは普通だと思います。

“生姜焼きカレー”も人気のようでした。
