海鮮市場かつら丸で海鮮丼を戴いた後、いつもの癖でショップカードも頂戴した。
裏面を見ると、「かつら」と付いた店名は想像通りの系列店。
店名が１８０度異なる此方も系列店である事が分かりました。
また、ドトールコーヒーにも参画されてているのか、３店舗程記載されていました。
此方はフライ物や丼物等、数多いメニューが店頭に展示されています。
大好物の天丼とざる蕎麦がセットになった定食が有りますねぇ。
過度な期待を持たず、普段使いの心持でお世話になることにします。
店内はお客さんを含め、高齢化した方の比率が高い。
お一人でマドモアゼル５名分位を担って居られそう。。。
従って、接客もフレンドリーです。
「天丼？卵とじもあるよ。天丼で良いの？」
ってな感じです(笑)
ざる蕎麦には「ウズラの卵」が付いた昔懐かしざる蕎麦です。
ネギ・大根おろしに大量の練りワサビ付き。
蕎麦は想像通りの定食蕎麦で、薬味を全量投入してズルズルっと戴きます。
天丼には珍しい紅ショウガ入り。
天ダレの量が少なかったですが、付随していたわらびの煮物と一緒に完食。
蕎麦湯は出て来なかったです。
