今日は昼食をどうしようかと考えてたんだけど
以前ネットでココイチに低糖質カレーがあるって見たのでいってみました！
ちょうど期間限定でスパイスカレーとか、関西限定の牛すじカレーとかあるなかで
私はもう「低糖質カレー！」って決めてたので、他には目もくれずにオーダーしたよ♪
トッピングにチキンカツも頼んでみました。
低糖質カレーって、ご飯がカリフラワーなのです！
ルーは多分普通・・・
気になる味は！
うん( *´艸｀)ちゃんと美味しい♪
ダイエッターにはカレーライスとかなかなか縁遠いけど
これなら罪悪感なしで食べれるし、ほんま嬉しいー
低糖質カレーはトッピング自由です。
ほかにも３種類あるので、またこれから他の低糖質カレーも制覇したいと思います。
チェーン店は健康志向のメニュー開発もしっかりしてくれてるので
ありがたいですね！
