堺筋本町駅から、ちょっと歩きます。
お昼前に、店内に入ると「少し待っててくださいねー」
とのこと。
時計を見ると、まだ開店時間前でした（笑）
いやな顔ひとつせず、厚かましくも、店内で
待機させてもらいます。
日替わりパスタと自家製パン、ドリンクをいただきました。
パスタのソースがおいしかったです。
自家製パンも、うまくいえませんが（笑）美味しかったです。
ドリンクも、温かいものは温かく、冷たいものは冷たく提供
しようという基本的なことなんですが、手を抜いていないところ
が、うれしいです。
料理はおいしくても、コーヒーが・・・というお店が多い中
コーヒーも美味しかったです。
これだけのレベルのものを提供しつつ、お一人で、お店を
切り盛りしていらっしゃるのには頭が下がります。
