大阪・本町にあるラグジュアリーホテル、セントレジスホテル大阪。ここで宿泊した日のランチをホテル内のビストロ「ル ドール」で食べることに。
まるでパリのビストロのような雰囲気の店。1階がカジュアルフレンチ、2階がファインフレンチダイニングと分かれています。
1階のランチはお手軽価格。ビストロ ムニュー・デゥ・ジュール(本日のコース)が2900円と破格。前菜、メイン、デザート、コーヒー又は紅茶付き。美味しいバゲットとバターも付いています。
しかも、プリフィクスメニューなので選択も可能です。
ラグジュアリーホテルで、しかも場所も本町のど真ん中でこの料金。安すぎませんか？さすが食の町、大阪。
午前11時30分、開店早々の時間に予約して店に入ります。
うん？何かサービスのレベルが低い？入店してもホテルのレストランらしい笑顔の丁寧な応対がありません。
朝食は同じホテルのイタリアン「ラ ベデュータ」で取りましたが、サービスがすごくよくさすがにホテルレストランだと感じただけに、同じホテルでなぜこうも違うのか不思議です。
外国人女性スタッフはゲストの後ろからでなく前から手を伸ばして皿の上げ下げをする常識はずれのサーブ。しかも終始無言。研修生なら指導が出来てません。
日本人の年配スタッフは、オーダーを聞いた後、再確認をせずに立ち去り、オーダーが間違っていました！ちゃんと再確認して欲しいです。
ここは高級ホテルのレストランなので、安いコースとはいえ相応のサービスは必要かと思いました。
でも料理は悪くなかったという印象。
私はランチメニュー2900円。前菜、メイン、デザートは選択可。

●メインはポーク肩ロースのグリル
●バゲット バター
●デザートはクリームブリュレ
●コーヒー
味もよく満足感の高いコースでした。少食の私でも量も適量。
家族はランチメニューではなく、高いアラカルトを選びました。
●オニオングラタンスープ 1600円位？
●セントレジスバーガー 3300円位？
ニューヨークの高級ビストロで食べるハンバーガーみたい。値段は高いけれどさすがの味でした。
スタッフのもてなしが温かみあるものとなれば、ここの評価はかなり良くなるはずです。
