こちらのお店はOsaka Metroの堺筋本町駅の近所にあります。担々麺が食べたくて歩いていたら出会ってしまいました。こちらのお店は、定食メニューが豊富で選択肢がたくさんあります。通える中華料理のお店が一つ増えるといいなと思い入店です。
ランチ時に入店してみるとポツポツとお客様が居られる感じです。周りのお客様が食べているのをみていると、汁無し担々麺定食など麺類系の定食を頼まれている方が多いように感じました。
私は当初の予定どおり以下を注文です。
【名物 担々麺定食】
見た目はものすごく辛そうな色をしていますが、ものすごくマイルドです。ちょっぴり辛いぐらいなので、辛くて食べられないという感じはないです。一口スープを啜ってみると、今まで食べたことがない風味がありますね。鰹のような魚介系というよりは、干したイカのような魚介乾物系の出汁がほのかにしてきます。ただ、全体的にはごく一般的な感じの担々麺スープです。個人的には今時のゴマが利いている担々麺が好きなのですが、ここはそういう感じではないです。でも、他の中華料理屋さんで食べる担々麺よりは、美味しいです。
次回は、他の方々が食べていた汁無し担々麺や麻婆豆腐を食べてみたいですね♪
