洋食の楽しさが詰まった旨しトルコライス
大阪・堺筋本町にある洋食屋、洋食ふくもと。
以前から店頭に並ぶ人の列をたまぁに見てはいたのですが、船場センタービルの一番東側で駅から遠く、なかなか次いでが見つからなかったのも、訪問していなかった理由かも(￣∀￣;)
今回は、フォローさせていただいているこのみ(0717)さんがトルコライスの報告をされていたので、食べたくなっての訪問です。コック長さん、元スイスホテルの総料理長だったと知り、テンション上がりました(*^ω^*)
11時20分。並ばずに入店し、迷うことなく店頭のドデカい垂幕広告のハンバーグトルコライス(1,300円)を注文。卓上メニューを見ると、何やら美味しそうな料理がわんさか。
揚げ・焼き・煮込みと豊富なラインナップを見ていると次回訪問に勢いがつくなーって考えていたら、早々にワンプレートの料理が運ばれてきました(￣∀￣)
ナポリタンスパ、ドライカレーの上にハンバーグが乗っかり、その上からワインと野菜の甘みが溶け出したデミグラスソースが……これはパンで拭い取って食べたくなるヤツ(`•ω•´)
ハンバーグを割り、ドライカレーと一緒に食べると口の中がワガママお子様ライス状態。そりゃ、ナポリタンまで放り込んだ日にゃ、幸せな気分に包まれますともー(￣∀￣*)
普通のトルコライスだと、肉っ気が足りなくて、多分寂しく感じたんだろーなーと想像しつつ。ハンバーグ乗せを頼んで正解でした。
また違うメニューも試してみたいです。

大阪・堺筋本町にある洋食屋、洋食ふくもと。
当日は雨で、外を長く歩いてランチに行くのはなーと思いつつも、急にオムライスが食べたくなって、こちらのお店を思い出し、訪問。前回はトルコライスを食べたんだっけ(￣∀￣)
洋食屋さんとして安心して訪問できる味に確信を持ちつつ、どんなオムライスを出してくれるのか興味がありました。
◆インテリアと雰囲気
暖簾をくぐると、厨房に隣接したカウンター席と、段違いのテーブル席スペースがある。厨房からはコックさん達の真剣さ溢れるお仕事ぶりから、洋食屋さんの雰囲気を感じとる。

ハンバーグ＆オムライス(1,300円) ★
バターライスのオムライス(890円)
オムライスを食べたくて来ているので、それ以外はパス。となると、上の2選択肢しかないのですが、夕方までの腹持ちを考えると、ハンバーグ入っていた方が良いかな、と判断(￣∀￣)
◆見た目以上に満腹感が得られる、美味しいオムライスとやわらか食感のハンバーグが旨い
プレートが手元に届いての印象は、「オムライスちっちゃ！」
オムライス食べたい者としては、もっとガッツリ食べられることを望んでいたのに、こんなにこじんまりしてるの〜?! というのが正直な感想。
しかし!!
ひと匙、オムライスを割って一口食べると、すごくケチャップライスが高密度に詰まっていて、ご飯の量的にはそこそこあるかも！と実感。口の中でライスが解ける感じも心地よく美味しー♪
ハンバーグは、とても柔らかく煮込みハンバーグかな？と思うほど。ミンチ肉に臭みは感じず、噛むと口の中でほろほろと崩れていきながら、デミグラスソースと絡んで心地よい。
サラダを間に挟みながら、最後に残ったソースまで一気にいただいて初めて、そこそこの満腹感を得ていることに気付き、量的には適正であったかも、と納得できました。
お昼から美味しい洋食ランチをいただけて、午後も頑張れました(*^ω^*)
