本町にある、鉄板焼ビストロ『ココチ』さんへランチ行ってきましたー！
前から行きたかった店で、やっと来店できましたー！
フランス料理をベースにした、鉄板焼や自家製燻製料理や有機野菜が楽しめるお店です。
ランチは2種類で、ココチランチ900円か鉄板焼メインランチ1,200円があります！
私は、ココチランチをオーダーしました！

コンソメ？っぽい味ですが、塩分が絶妙で凄く上品な味になってて、どんどん飲めそうですw

有機野菜がゴロゴロ入っており、シャキシャキで新鮮！新鮮な野菜はホント美味しい！
水ダコも新鮮でプリプリです！

旨味が凝縮されていて柔らかい！
メチャウマ！

シラスの塩分が絶妙で、こちらもメチャウマです！

上に乗ってるソースが美味しい〜♬

見た目ハード系かと思いきや、メチャ柔らかくて、メチャうまいがな(・∀・)外側は、香ばしく中はフワッフワです！
このハイレベルを食べ放題って嬉しすぎる♬
食材にも、調理にも拘っており、どれもハイレベルな料理で、ディナー訪問確定案件でした☆
