初めに出てくるサラダのプレートは満足感高くて良かったです。
パスタはソースがもう少しほしい
入った時のキッチンさんの対応がちょっと気になりました。。2階にあがろうとすると「ちょっと待ってください！」と止められて「？」となりましたが、ホールスタッフさんが別のお客さんの会計中で、それを待てばいいのか？と思い待機してましたが。。
会計終わった後もホールの方はレジ指導みたいなのを始めて、待たされてる理由説明もなく、その間ずっと待たされました。
指導が終わったかと思うとこちらに気づきもせずそのまま上に上がられそうになったので、
待ってるんですけど。。と伝えるとやっと気付いて案内してくれましたが。
キッチンの方もその間、料理してる様子もないので代わりに案内や、せめて一言説明してくれてもいいのに。何かイライラした様子で、大変に不愉快でした。
サラダで気持ちが少し上がったけど
パスタは思った以上に普通で再訪はないです。
初めの接客て大事なんやなと改めて感じました。
ドリンクバーもついて広いから
長居したい人や団体にはいいかもしれませんが、
さくっとランチするにはパスタランチこれで1200円は高いと感じました。
何か久々にハズレランチしたなと残念な気分。
もっと安くて美味しくて対応良いお店に行きます。
