I really wanted to eat mapo tofu for lunch, so I searched around Honmachi Tabelog and visited our restaurant for the first time. From the lunch menu, I ordered the Sichuan mapo tofu lunch with a small amount of rice. First of all, when I taste the soup, it is light and easy on my stomach, which is weakened by drinking alcohol every day, and my expectations are high. After having some Small dish dishes, I finally tried the mapo tofu, but it was so salty! ! This is definitely salt, not hemp or chili! Of course it has a numbing spiciness, but the strong salty taste that comes after that makes it difficult to eat with rice. Maybe I made a mistake in the mix for this one dish? ? I thought I would leave about half of it, but I was too poor and finished it all. Thanks to all of you, the petit Cream Puffs for dessert was very delicious. Did I make a mistake? Unfortunately, I don't think I'll come back again to confirm.
