I thought it was a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and avoided it for lunch, but it was open on Saturdays, so I went in for the first time. I was the first customer when I descended the basement stairs. I was shown to a two-seater seat near the wall. Hormone set meal ¥750 Choice. There are 6 types of sauces, and you can choose according to your preference. I wasn't sure what would go well with it, so I asked the staff at the store, and they told me that horumon is thick, so it's better to use something thicker than something smooth like ponzu. Follow the recommendations and use the original Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce. After ordering, the curtains were closed to create a private room-like atmosphere. These curtains are dark brown, so it's narrow and dark, making it feel oppressive. It would be nice if they closed after the table next to them was filled. The set meal arrived soon, and the visuals were quite exciting. Half a cabbage salad on a silver plate, stir-fried hormones topped with green onions and sesame seeds. Seaweed soup, rice, and side dishes. The offal and the sauce go well together, and even though I thought it was a lot of rice, I finished it all. I'm glad I followed your recommendations. This area is a business district, so it was rented out from beginning to end. I am very grateful that they are open on Saturdays. When paying the bill, I told him that my workplace was nearby, and he let me draw a lottery ticket. When I opened it and showed it to him, he gave me a strange look and said, ``I won a draft beer, but I can't drink it at work, right?'' Even though I can't drink beer, the offal was delicious, so I'll come back.
