松屋町筋にある 「中国料理 龍華軒（リュウカケン）」に行ってきました。
「松屋町」は「まっちゃまち」と呼ばれています。遅めの12:45頃に到着。
店外で1人が椅子に座って待っていたので、次の席に座って待つことにしました。
お店を出て行く人は数人いるのに、一向に店内に案内されない。どうなっているの？
25分ほど経過した頃でしょうか、2人連れの客が来て店内を覗いてから入って行きました。
んっ！？何々？・・・店内を覗くとテーブル席は3卓空いていてバッシングしていないだけでした。
「1名（先客）、1名（私）」と告げると「チョット待ッテクダサイ。スグニ片付ケマスカラ」とのこと。
客が帰ってもすぐにはバッシングをしないし、待っている客は無視して我先に店内に入るシステムのようです。
片付けをしないのは料理の提供が追いつかないからとか理由があるのかも知れませんが、割り込みは駄目ですよね。
パーセプションギャップを感じざるを得ませんでしたが、気を取り直して「台湾ラーメンセット」（950円）をオーダー。
「台湾ラーメン」です。トッピン具は、苦手な八角が香る台湾ミンチ、ニラ、白ネギです。
「台湾ラーメン」というと猛烈に辛い名古屋の「味仙」が浮かびますが、全く違っていて辛くないです。(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!!
「味仙」の「台湾ラーメン」は、台湾料理ではなく「名古屋めし」ですから。＾＾
これは台湾の「担仔麺（タンツーメン）」風でしたね。
パラパラ食感の黄色いミニ炒飯は、作り置きなのでしょうけど、(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!!
常連客と思しき客にはメチャメチャ愛想が良かったんだけど、
そんな長話をする暇があるのだったら早くバッシングして欲しいものですね。＾＾
