nepal set
While walking around this neighborhood after dinner, I received a discount flyer at a store. I heard that it is open on Saturdays and Sundays, so I visited it the next day, Saturday. As you go down the spiral staircase that leads to the basement, there is also a covered space outside the store that looks like terrace seating. When I entered the store, there were no customers. Today's curry is my favorite red kidney bean. I was really intrigued, but I ordered the Nepalese set (Dal Bhat), which is only available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays for ¥990. When you look around the store, you'll see what looks like a stage. What looks like Nepal's folk instruments are on display. It is decorated with gorgeous malls. Will there be a live performance? I'd like to come if there's a live performance of folk music. As I was looking around, a store clerk asked me, "Is this your first time?" Nepal set is ¥1550 on weekdays. Due to our location in a business district, there are not many customers on weekends and holidays, so we offer a service price. The ingredients for the momo are vegetables and chicken. And so on, spoken in beautiful Japanese. Then the Nepalese set arrived. The dal is plump and has a gentle taste. Chicken or mutton, the choice of curry was mutton. Contains plenty of soft bone-in mutton. High in salt. Both are topped with chopped coriander. The good smell increases your appetite. People who are not good at it may need to be careful. Tarkari is stir-fried potatoes with cumin. Saag also has potatoes in it. Golbela coachar and carrot achar. Salad, papad. Although it is labeled as basmati rice, it is a mix with short grain rice. Because it has a high water content, it is soft and chewy without feeling dry. The set drink was banana lassi. I'm satisfied with this content at this price. I want to go every week. The regular price of ¥1,550 isn't bad, but it's crowded on weekdays, so the Nepali set, which has a lot of side dishes, takes a long time.

A lunch from the lunch menu. Comes with 1 type of curry, naan, mini rice, salad, and drink. I was told that today's daily curry ¥800 (tax included) was chicken and spinach, so I chose the daily curry. The naan is soft and slightly sweet. The curry has a lot of gravy and few ingredients. It's not runny, it's not shabby, it's like it's been thickened with flour. The texture is like a cup of cool soup. This is not bad. It's really delicious to eat toast by dipping it into a cup of soup from Kuno〇. It's very salty, so even after finishing the big naan, there's still some curry left over. There was a suggestion for a second helping, but I decided to stick with it to avoid overeating. The chai here is a light type. Will revisit at a later date. Today's daily special is shimeji mushrooms and chicken. After all, it's a cup soup type with less spice and more salt. The staff at the shop explained to me, ``Nepalese curry is light and smooth, like Soup Curry'' but it didn't look like the Nepalese shabby curry I had in mind. Banana lassi is delicious. I like this better than chai. It comes with mini rice, you can have a second helping of naan, and it comes with a drink, so it's good value as a lunch restaurant, but I thought the taste was different from what I was looking for at an Innepa restaurant. The Nepal set on Saturday and Sunday was good.
