堺筋本町駅から徒歩約5分のお店で、こじんまりとしたお店です。海外の方にも人気のようで沢山来店されていました。
平日の20時頃に伺いましたが、1時間ほど待ち店内に入店できました。
▪️お店雰囲気
・カウンター3席、3テーブルのみのこじんまりしたお店です。
・店員さんは全員フレンドリーで対応は◎
・店員さんの挨拶はすごく気持ち良いです
・現金のみでカードは使えないので注意！
▪️注文メニュー
・伊勢美稲豚(三重県産) ヒレカツ定食 3,600円
※ご飯は大中小選べます！
▪️味感想
中が少しレアで見た目から大変美しいです。衣は薄く豚肉の旨みを存分に味わえるようになっています。塩(2種)とソース(2種)が準備されており、つけだれの違いも楽しむことができます。
噛んだ瞬間に肉汁が溢れ出し大変ジューシーで甘みと旨みが口いっぱい広がりすごく美味しいです。お肉は柔らかめで食感もちょうど良いです！
▪️全体感想
色んな銘柄が楽しめるので毎回違いを楽しみにかよえるお店だと思います。また店員さんの対応も大変気持ちよくまた通いたいと思えるお店です！
店内は狭いので予約をお勧めします！table checkで簡単に予約が出来るようです。
