とある夜。
大阪市内で、何かいい店は無いかと調べていて、
見つけた店に行ってみると、外観やメニューから見て、
いまいち魅力的に思えず、急遽付近で店を探して入ることになりました。
よさげな店は、すでに満席状態で、
結局、ハンバーグのメニューが置いてあったこの店で
何かを食べることにしました。
ジャンルもスペイン料理とのことだし、評価も高くて、期待して入店しました。
店は、かなり小さく、そして細く、入り口側にあるキッチンの横の
細い通路を通って、店の奥のスペースに入ります。
奥には、でっかいテーブルが一つ、あとはカウンター席。
メニューを見ると、書きかけなのか、売り切れが出て一部を消したのか、
店の外にあったハンバーグのメニューは、「ランチメニュー」と書いてあり、
夜は夜の同様のメニューがあるかと思いきや、壁に書いてあるものがメニューとのこと。
確かに、テーブルにスペインのハムがドーンとおいてありますが、
メニューにスペイン料理っぽさはありません。
創作スペイン料理ということ？？
しかも、価格表記なし・・・
確認すると、「ハンバーグに、何でもトッピングできますよ」とのこと。
「何でも」と言われても、何ができるかは聞くか読むかしないとわかりません。
結局、ハンバーグに、ベーコン、チーズをそれぞれトッピングし、
ソースを選び、注文完了。
追加で、バゲットも。
バゲットは、しらすとチーズが乗っていて、
おいしいです。
このタイプのチーズがあれば、家でも作ってみたくなりました。
そして、待っていました手ごねハンバーグ。
ふんわり＆肉汁ジュワーのタイプではなく、
ややふんわり「つくねハンバーグ」っぽいタイプ。
タレもおいしく、ライスと一緒に食べる喜びがあります。
そのライスはガーリックライス。
つい食べるペースが速くなって、あっという間に完食。
メニューに価格が書いてないとか、
「スペイン料理の店」なのかとか、
疑問に思う点はありましたが、とりあえず、ハンバーグは美味かったです。
