事前に予約し伺いました。
店主おまかせ串の5種セットか7種セットの注文が基本で、そこからはアラカルトで頼めるようです。
店主おまかせ串7種、お造り4種をお願いしました。
おまかせ串はおぼろ豆腐、サラダ、鶏スープ付きで2800円と超リーズナブル。
とりあえずビール、あとは冷酒をガブ飲みです。
いただいたものは以下の通りです。
●おぼろ豆腐
塩がかかってます。
濃厚です。

むね肉の昆布締め、むね肉のきずし、もも肉のたたき、肝刺し。
●鶏スープ
鳥の肝吸い。

しっかりと炭火を纏ってます。

めっちゃジューシー。
串うちも良い。

身とのバランスも良い。

レアではないですがふっくらと仕上がっています。

丸ハツを開いて巻いて串うち。
●うずら
レアな黄身。
味玉とプレーンと交互に串うち。
●むね肉
おろしポン酢。
