Sakura SAKE is located in a back alley about a 5-minute walk from Sakaisuji Honmachi Station. We made a reservation at Tabelog and two of us went there. It looks like a small diner in the suburbs of a foreign country, and when you enter, you feel a sense of nostalgia like an old-fashioned snack bar. I ordered while discussing the menu with the master. Ajillo Prosciutto I ordered them while discussing with the master. Pasta with Sake-Thai and Butter ￥850 ■(Today's Spice Curry) Habanero Keema with Chicken and Mushrooms ￥1.400 I ended up ordering almost everything from the blackboard menu ^^ [Raw Ezo Deer Liver] It's not often you can get this kind of liver. This is also too rare. I was afraid to ask for it, but when I tried it, it melted in my mouth. A delicacy? No, it is delicious! ［Master's favorite dish. It seems to be a Nagasaki specialty. Chicken and Mushroom Habanero Keema (Chicken and Mushroom Habanero Keema) Chicken and mushrooms go well with curry! The spiciness of the habanero adds depth to the curry and makes it spread in your mouth. The crunchiness of the salad and the saketobori accentuate the pasta, making it even more delicious! I don't often have a chance to visit the Minami area, but this was a unique restaurant that I would like to revisit again! The master said, "If you tell us, you can buy them from a hunter in Hokkaido.
