野菜ソムリエビストロ4キャトルで日替わりランチ（税込1000円）食べました。今日の日替わりはポークステーキツナバジルソース＋前菜＋パンとご飯おかわり自由（パンとご飯どちらかではなく両方ついてます）＋ドリンク（ホットコーヒーにしました）です。そして、デザートが欲しくなったので、300円でデザートの盛合せを頼みました。（コーヒー撮り忘れ飲みかけです^^;）
□まず、前菜とバケットがきました。メインが来る前にパン2回おかわりしました^^;。パンはバケットでサクサクしっとりの丁度良い焼き加減です。オリーブオイルがかかってました。 ポークステーキに添えられてるのは様々な種類の温野菜です。前菜もシンプルな野菜の素材が感じられる味付けでコーンスープまでついてました。コーンスープも手作りで凄く美味しい！市販でスーパーとかで液体パックで売ってるスープは少し苦みがあるがこちらはスープだけど出来立ての味がする（おそらくホイップミルクかフレッシュミルクが使われているようです。コンソメの旨味も効いたコーンスープです）。また、前菜にもポークが(^^)ハムのような柔らかさでした。
今回は前菜を選びましたが前菜とサラダボール（こちらも野菜の種類凄いようです）どちらか選択することができます。
300円のデザート盛合せはガトーショコラ＋ほうじ茶パンプリン＋プレミアムチーズケーキです。
全ての料理が丁寧に作られており、おいしかったです。本町のお店は手抜きなく手作りの店多いです。
今回ドリップコーヒーっぽい味でその後ホットコーヒー沸かし過ぎてるのか結構コーヒー苦かったです。（でも、どのお店もそんなもんです）それだけが惜しい。でも1000円にしては満足できるランチでした。（男性には物足りないかもしれません）
客層は女性が圧倒的に多いです。ゆっくりくつろげる空間です。
□場所は大阪本町に来たら必ず食べた方が良いと言われる豚テキで有名な店サル食堂の向かいの店です。
