仕事を終えたサラリーマン達で賑わう本町界隈。
鮮やかな黄色の暖簾と光るロゴが際立っている居酒屋さんへ、友人と行ってきました。
下戸のぼくだが、この夜は友人の希望優先。
日本酒と海鮮料理が評判だそうです。
店内は真ん中に大きなテーブル席が置かれていて、グループ客で盛り上がっていました。
こちらは壁側の2人用テーブル席。
奥の方にはコの字型のカウンター席があって、そこは立ち飲み？
友人は何度か利用しているので、勝手知ったるとばかりに、冷蔵庫から日本酒の瓶を取り出して、二つのグラスに注いでいます。
これ、この店のシステムだとか。
50種類以上ある日本酒から好きなものを選択するのですが、瓶には値札が付いていてそれを店員さんに伝える、面白いし気楽でいい。
料理は海鮮料理がメインで、ほかは揚げ物料理の種類が多くラインナップされています。
・お造り4種盛り
・白子とモッツァレラのマーボ
・あん肝の旨煮ユッケ
・カニ味噌のペイネグラタン
などなど、友人主導で注文、任せっきりでした。
どの品も創作料理風です。
一つ一つの料理が他のお店とは異なっていて、舌を満足させる美味しさです。
美味しい料理と好みの銘柄の日本酒を味わえたら、明日へのエネルギーが充電できますね。
