この日は仕事を終えてから
髪の毛を切りに行ったあと
少し足を伸ばして
夕食にラーメンをいただくことにしたよ。
お店には19時すぎの到着。
6名の外待ちがおられるので
その後ろにつける。
席数が少ないせいか
ゆったり食事をされているせいか
やや回転は遅めかな。
25分ほど待って入店、
券売機で中華そば1,000円を

店内はラーメン屋さんらしからぬ
スタイリッシュな佇まい！
照明もやや控えめで
落ち着いた雰囲気。
座席は深く腰掛けることができ
席の間もかなり広めで
ゆったりと食べらる(^o^)
ちなみにBGMは永ちゃん♪
食券を店員さんに渡し
着席してから10分強で着丼、
いただきます！
具はレアチャーシュー3枚と、
穂先メンマ、ねぎ、三つ葉。
麺は棣鄂謹製。
小麦の香りが強く味わいも深く
歯切れがよい。
スープはただ単に濃いというのではなく
奥行というか、深みというか
良い意味での重厚感がある！
食べごたえも十分あり。
味はもちろん、
キレイなお店で接客もよく
百名店に相応しいお店だった。
