土曜日の13:30に本町の『田中の中華そば』へ。
3人の待ち。
思ったより少ない待ちだったので、急遽予定を変更してこちらのお店へ。
待っている間に次々と後ろに並んできました。
15分後店内へ。
カウンター7席のみ。
内装はシンプルですが洗練された感じ。
客席照明もカウンター上部のみ。
店主1人とホールの女性1人で回されてます。
「中華そば(1,000円)」を注文。
8分後到着。
一口。美味い！
何でしょう、この一切雑味のないスープは。
魚介の香りが漂い、ほんのり甘みを感じる醤油のカエシが抜群に美味い。
色々な素材の美味しい部分だけを抽出したような、永遠に飲めるスープ。
アクセントにブラックペッパーのスパイシーさが最後にやって来ます。
表面には油が見えますが、全くしつこさのない油。
最初のスープ一口が、そのまま飲み進めて完飲してしまいそうなほどの美味さ。
大判レアチャーシュー2枚に支那竹、白ネギ、三つ葉。
麺は『麺屋 棣鄂』の全粒粉麺で、モチッとしながら喉越しはツルッと。
昔から噂は聞いていましたが、いつも長い行列だったので諦めることが多かったお店。
次は是非「貝そば」をいただきます。
こんなネーミング、美味いに決まってます。
