Ki Fuki caught my eye because it is open throughout French cuisine, which is unusual for French restaurants. If you ask carefully, you will find that the content is specialized in meat, especially game. I'm getting more and more curious about it... So, I decided to visit the wild game during fall and winter (though it's not fixed). This time, we have the lunch option HINAKA (¥4,400), which is available until 5pm (!). So, is this truly unique and refined French cuisine? No, meat Meat Dishes? That's how it was.・Meat Paradee (or Duck Tartare) First of all, the punch of this appetizer is amazing. Plates of assorted colorful vegetables are a trend, and you'll probably see them often, but here's the meat version! Colorful meat...so nice. I can't say I'm a vegetable lover, so I thought a plate like that would look great, but I wasn't really that happy about it, and I fantasized that it would be better if it had meat, but that turned out to be true lol. Nagano rabbit, Sennan duck, Awa chicken, etc. (I can't remember them all) are each cooked in their own way to create a variety of flavors and textures. Among them, the Swiss calf tongue made with Prosciutto was fluffy and impressive. There are five different sauces to go with it, including the raspberry sauce, which is elaborate and fun, but when you have that many sauces, you don't know which one goes well with it, and in fact, it's delicious even without it. In that sense, I have to say that the sauce is a little weak. However, the vegetable and cep mushroom mousse was also delicious and kept me excited from beginning to end.・Bread I also like [a:27014650,gout]'s baguette, which goes with pate instead of butter. This homemade patty is also delicious. At first I had duck liver, but there was no unpleasant liver odor at all, and the richness was so pure that I couldn't stop eating it and finished it in no time, and then he brought me another baguette, this time. It's also delicious with other pâté or rillettes...With that loop, just the baguette is enough, and it looks like it could be lunch. It would be a problem if I couldn't eat the essential meat, but after refilling it twice, I finally stopped eating. However, the course always makes me feel sick to my stomach, but strangely, this time I was fine even if I ate a lot of baguette.・White meat Hokkaido baby turkey steamed in cognac And the most delicious thing that day was the baby turkey. Until now, when I thought of turkey, I had an image of it being crispy, but this is completely different. It was rare, moist, supple, and chewy, and had an exquisite texture that seemed to have been sublimated all at once. The sauce was also wonderful, and I loved the way it left a rich, cognac-scented aftertaste, including the garnished mushrooms (I think these were also cep mushrooms)! It was a unique dish.・Red meat Ezo deer For me, white meat is overwhelming this time. As a result, it was a little overshadowed (sorry), but I was able to thoroughly enjoy the comparison between Ichibo and Ramsin, which is a clear and flavorful red meat with no blood in it. Of course, I think this is because the processing and pasteurization are carefully considered.・Dessert ・Coffee (or herbal tea) A rich chocolate terrine and pistachio butter that rivals the meat. Tea sweets also came out. There were times when I was just competing with meat. The unique style and high quality are unique. If you like meat, it's worth a visit. The CP is also great and is this fulfilling at this price? However, it seems that this was partly due to the efforts made by the government at the end of the outbreak. It was definitely a paradise. However, I think you can still enjoy it in normal mode. The interior of the store is chic with black as the main color...I guess it's dark and I can't see clearly, so to be honest, it's hard for me to tell, or maybe I'll just pick someone out. It was probably because it was lunchtime, but when I opened the door, I bumped into the children, and I thought they were customers, but the chef's children were studying at the table? I was a little surprised that it was. Since people were coming in and out of the open-style kitchen, I was anxious to see if everything was okay when watching from outside, and considering it was French cuisine, it felt strange. But you'll get used to it lol, but above all, it definitely has a charm like no other. Personally, I would also like to visit during different seasons.
