■へぎ蕎麦や栃尾揚げといった新潟の名物料理を地酒と共に味わうことができる居酒屋。
今回、ディナーでいろんなメニューを楽しんできました！
■店内の様子
テーブル席は半個室席になっていて落ち着いた空間になっていますね。
お座敷席もあり、伺った当日大人数のお客さんが来ていましたよ。
アラカルトメニューの他にコースメニューもあって幹事さんには朗報。

・田酒 780円
最初のお酒は青森の純米酒。
すっきりとした飲み口ですね。
・栃尾揚げ（葱味噌） 980円
一般的な厚揚げと比較して分厚く、外はカリッと、中はふんわりとした食感。
油揚げに挟まれた葱味噌が風味との組み合わせが美味しかったですね。
・鮮魚のお造り 5種盛り 2,480円
この日はマグロ、鰤、サーモン、カンパチそして鯛で厚めでどれも脂がのっていて絶品。
・短角牛のタタキ 1,280円
食肉牛として飼育された短角牛を使ったタタキ、歯ごたえのあり肉感たっぷり。
・へぎ蕎麦（小） 1,480円
新潟魚沼地方発祥の布海苔という海藻をつなぎに使った蕎麦を『へぎ』と呼ばれる器に盛りつけた名物料理。
ほんのりと海苔の風味も感じられ、通常のお蕎麦とはまた違った味わいに感動しました。
・本日の天婦羅盛り合わせ 1,580円
お蕎麦を食べたら天婦羅も食べたくなるという事でこちらを注文。
海老に茄子、筍、さつま芋と数種類、衣はサクサク揚げたてで美味しい。
・匠のチキン南蛮 850円
チキンがとても大きく、しかもタルタルソースがたっぷり。
ジューシーなお肉に甘酸っぱいソースが絡まった衣にタルタル、最高です。
・海老マヨネーズ 980円
ぷりぷりのエビにマヨソースのコンビネーションの良さ。
・大漁海鮮丼 1,100円
ご飯の上にサーモン、鰤、カンパチなどの海鮮がたっぷり。
量もちょうど良く〆にピッタリでした。
・本日のおすすめアイス 550円
この日はエスプレッソクッキーアイスでエスプレッソのリッチな味わいにサクサククッキーがアクセントになっていました。
個室席もあるのでゆったりと食事できるのが嬉しいです！
