カジュアルフレンチのお店です。
友人との食事会で利用しました。友人も私もパンが大好きなので、料理だけでなくパンも美味しいお店を探して、こちらに決めました。
3980円のコース料理を注文しました。
・アミューズ‥赤パプリカのムース、とうもろこしのエスプーマ、ミニクロワッサン
・前菜‥スモークサーモン、生ハム、にしんの酢づけ、ビーツ
・スープ‥かぼちゃのスープ コーヒー風味
・魚料理①‥アサゴのポワレ アメリケンソース、パルメザンチーズ
 魚料理②‥帆立のロースト、赤ワインの塩
・グラニテ‥クランベリーのシャーベット
・肉料理‥牛のステーキ
・デザート‥チョコレートのテリーヌ、マンゴーのムース、バニラアイス
・小菓子‥コーヒー風味の生チョコ、アプリコットのぐみ、マカロン、マシュマロ
・食後のドリンク‥珈琲または紅茶

いろいろな料理を少しずつ食べることができて、かなり満足度の高いコースでした。
ステーキは少し固かったですが、どれも美味しかったです。
パンの美味しさにも感動しました。４種類もあり、お代わりできます。きちんと温められています。
店員さんの対応も居心地も良かったので、また行きたいです。
