歩いてたらフレンチっぽいかわいい看板を発見。
今週のビストロランチはプティサレだって。行ってみよ♪
ちょっと分かりにくい半地下みたいな所にあります。
他の飲食店に並んで急に小洒落ビストロが。スッキリとしたウッディなインテリア。
カウンターへどうぞと。
クレープリーだしガレットが食べたい所ではありますが、ガレットは13時からの提供とのこと。ま、どっちにしろそば粉だめなんだけどさ。
今週のビストロランチ1000円にします。
まずスープ。パプリカの冷製スープです。
暑かったから冷製嬉しい。そんなにクセのないパプリカの風味。結構量がたっぷりあります。
温かいバゲットも来ました。
少ししてプティサレのプレート。
柔らかそうな豚肉。ナイフでスッと切れてほぐれます。豚肉の風味が活きるシンプルな味付け。
レンズ豆もよく煮込まれています。
付け合わせにグリーンサラダ、フライド野菜たち、バターピラフ。
グラスが空いたらすぐお水を注いでくれるアテンティブな店員さん。
普段使いしやすそうなビストロでした。
