チャイ専門店。平日17時半、先客1名でした。
ピスタチオチャイHotを注文。カルダモン、シナモン、
ジンジャーぐらいしか分かりませんでしたが、
10種以上のスパイスがブレンドされているそうです。
ピスタチオはクラッシュされたものが浮かんでいます。
スパイスの香りに刺激されカレーが食べたくなったのは
もちろん、本場仕込みであるならば、チャパティやら
ロティやらをぜひ焼いてほしいと期待します✨
バングラ系店主は芸人並みのしゃべくりで
そこだけがチャイの世界感とのギャップ。
が、チャイ アフォガードというのも気になりました。
