お買い物で散歩中にチャイ専門店を見つけました。バングラデシュ人というオーナーさんは日本語堪能で、メニューを見ながら迷っていると、茶葉の香りを嗅いでみていいですよ〜と声を掛けてくださいました。ビンの中の茶葉はどれもとてもいい香り。珍しい水出しチャイもありましたが、寒かったのでホットのジャスミンチャイをオーダー。まろやかになるという高い位置から空気を含ませながら容器に注ぐ工程で仕上げてもらいます。
本格的なチャイは初めてでしたが、とてもクリーミーでほんのり甘く飲みやすかったです。
