木曜日の12:00に堺筋本町の『ラーメンスタンド メンボックス』へ。
メニューの種類が多く迷いましたが、まずはおすすめでデフォルトの「とりとん醤油(850円)」をオーダー。
8分後到着。
一口。美味い。
鶏豚骨の濃厚な旨み。
少しトロッとしたスープは嫌なしつこさもなく、ゴクゴク飲めてしまいます。
チャーシュー、メンマ、三つ葉、白ネギ。
麺は中太ストレート麺。
横山製粉の「春よ恋」を使用しており、食感はモチモチ。
スタッフの方のTシャツを見ると「無化調」の文字が。
ほほぅ、この味で無化調とはかなりレベルが高い。
数量限定の「丸鷄中華そば醤油」や「中華ネギそば」、「とりとんみそ」「魚介とりとん醤油」も気になりましたが、つけ麺も食べてみたい。
それ以上に惹かれたのは「旨辛ユッケジャンラーメン(並 1,000円)」という貼り紙。
これは何度か来ないといけないお店確定です。。
