今回初めてテツをたのみました
テツってなんだろうと思って
ネットで調べたら
テツとは、「シマチョウ」、「上ホルモン」としてメニューに載ることが多い。 小腸よりも脂が少なく、トロリとした食感とコリコリとした歯ごたえが人気。
とのことでした。
テツは次回もたのみたいな！

少し油が強かったかな。
