言わずと知れた人気店ではあるが、個人的には遥か昔に南森町店に行った際、あまりに店内がガヤガヤしていて嫌なイメージがあった万両。
あまりに古い記憶だったので再確認&こちらの店舗は店の雰囲気が少し違うっぽいので再訪してみた。
まず加点ポイントとしては値段が安いこと。コーン茶、緑茶、ウーロン茶等が全て0円。これは大分素晴らしい。
以下、難点を。まず値段は安いのだがそれ相応に肉が小さい。小さい肉を小さくカットしているので肉のダイナミズムもあまり感じられない。これって本質的に安いのか？って問題。小さい肉をちょこちょこ焼いて食べれば時間経過で腹は膨れるかもしれんので結果的に安くつくかもしれんがそれって本質的に安いって言うのだろうか？
次に網を交換するシステムではなく、備え付けのヘラでロースターの焦げを削るシステムであること。削った焦げはロースターの隙間に捨てて欲しいとのことだがコレがまた入らんこと入らんこと…。入らないと不潔感凄いし、入れようと思うとストレス凄いしで中々どうして…って感想。
安い値段で焼肉が食べれるってのは良いことかもしれんが上記の問題から、個人的にはウーン…って感じ。
何故ここまで万人に人気があるのか理解に苦しむ。
あ、たまごスープが謎に中々美味かった。
