開店と同時に入店、当然一番乗りです。
エントランスで下足入れに靴を収納。
昔の銭湯を思い出しました。
店内は完全個室仕様になっています。
人数によって調整できるように布製パーテーション。
テーブルは掘りごたつ式。
かなり快適空間ですね。
平日のランチメニューは以下の通り。
■焼肉3種盛定食¥980（150g）・¥1,180（200g）
■焼肉4種盛定食¥1,180（150g）・¥1,380（200g）
■焼肉2種盛定食¥850（150g）・¥1,050（200g）
私はちょっとだけ贅沢したくて3種盛の150ｇをオーダー。
タン・上ハラミ・角切カルビの組み合わせです。
ドーン！
これ、見た目以上にボリュームがあります。
ガス式無煙ロースターに着火！
タンは焼きすぎ厳禁です、両面ともにサッと焼きましょう。
特有の旨味です。
レモンタレにつけて、、、
あぁ、美味しい～
ハラミは小ぶりながら特徴ある甘みと香りです。
こちらは当然醤油タレですね。
柔らかくて噛み心地がいいですね～
個性的だったのがカルビ。
メニューに書いている通り「角切」です。
果たして美味いのか？という疑問がわきます。
杞憂でした。
小さい角切りなので火が入るのに時間がかかる。
しかしながら、隠し包丁が入っているので思いのほか早い。
で、味わいは、、、
確かにカルビだわ～、当然脂もしっかり。
普通に美味しいじゃあ～りませんか('ω')ノ
ご飯のボリュームを選べるということで「大」を選択。
これが失敗だった！
夜までお腹が減らず、結局その日はランチ1食のみ。
結果的に1日トータルで見ればヘルシーなカロリー摂取。
精算時に気づいたこと。
国産牛食べ放題メニューが独特です。
■40歳代以下：¥3,780
■50歳代：¥3,400
■60歳代：¥3,020
■70歳代以上：¥2,640
私のような老人に優しいのです。爆
