Seafood rice at Innepa store
Wandering aimlessly around the Sen Building during my lunch break. A signboard reading ``Very popular!! Seafood rice'' at the Innepa store. The price of 980 yen is now only 780 yen. I've only eaten Dal Bhat here, so I entered the restaurant thinking, "Is it really popular? Is it true?" This restaurant used to have chicken nanban on the menu (it's gone now), so you can feel the dexterity of the Nepali people. The thali that came out was sparse and the content was exactly as the sign said, but the way it was presented was a bit disappointing. But the fried rice is loaded with clams, squid, shrimp, and Seafood. I felt a little uneasy as the flames seemed to be quite rare, but I didn't feel particularly well after that. Fried rice with a little sweetness. Keema curry is also quite sweet. I don't mean it's not spicy, but it's sugar-sweet. Add chai for an additional ¥100. Milky and light chai. I would also like to try the regular daily lunch set.
ダルバート＠せんびる
最近のマイブーム、「せんびる」こと船場センタービルをお昼休みにぶらぶらすること。
インネパ店を確認するも、食べログの評価もいまひとつ。
ランチメニューもナン＆カレーメインなので、ブックマークもせずにいた。
ある日急にどうしてもカレーが食べたくなって訪問すると、店頭にダルバートの看板がある。
迷う事なくダルバート：1280円税込 をオーダー。
セットのドリンクはホットチャイを。タイミングを聞いてくれたので食後にお願い。
予想以上に豪華なダルバート登場！
一番うれしかったのが、オールバスマティライス。色むらバッチリ、お米が気持ちよくのびてるタイプで、見るからに美味しそう。
パパドは焼き立て。
アチャールはゴルベラコアチャールのようなペースト状ではなくて、野菜の固形物のオイル漬みたいなもの。
カット野菜にはスパイスがかかってる。これもうれしい。
サグはめちゃめちゃオイリーなので、スプーンで油を避けて食べたが、味は美味しい。
アルジラは独特な食感。油で揚げてあるのか、一度冷凍してあるのか、水分が抜けてフリーズドライのジャガイモみたいな感じ。
ダルは煮詰まってドボドボになったのか、かなーり粘度高くて、表面に幕が張っていた。
食べると色んな豆が入っていて、でんぷん質を感じる美味しさ。
ネパールのスープっぽいダルとは違うタイプ。
マトンカレーは骨付きお肉ゴリゴリ、マトン臭強め。
食後のチャイはミルク感控えめだけどスパイスはしっかり。
ライスの上のパクチーに元気がなかったり、アルジラがパサパサだったりするけれど、場所と値段を考えると、仕事中にこんなダルバートが食べられて大満足。
午後のお仕事も頑張れた。

インネパ店のカツカレー、以前から気になっていたので勇気を出してチャレンジ。
出てきたお皿はすごいボリューム。
カレーはここのお店のいつものカレー。
どぼっとしているけれど、日式ともまた異なる、強いて言えば北インドタイプ。
具がないので、旨味に欠ける感じ。
カツにはカレーをかけてないので、サクサク感が楽しめる。
カツはコマ肉を集めて成型したような、ミルフィーユカツとも違う、今まで食べた事のないオリジナルなもの。
ライスは短粒米。固めに炊いて、油で軽く炒めてある。
サラダとドリンク付きなので、食後にホットチャイをもらう。
個人的に、このカレーはカツカレーに合わないと感じた。
飲食店の並ぶこのフロアに、カツカレーを出すお店はたくさんあるけれど、7～800円台。
ドリンク付きとはいえ、990円は強気の設定。
とはいえ、このお店自体は好きなので再訪。
いつのまにかビリヤニ始まってるし。しかもマトンで1000円。
たっぷりてんこ盛りのビリヤニ登場。
しっかりバスマティライス！なんだけど、お米柔らかいよ。
北関東で食べた二層式のビリヤニともまた違う、水分多くてリゾット風？
でもお米はきれいに長いままで折れてない。
ゆで卵１つ分と、ネギ、カットレモンがトッピング。
食べて気付いたけど、レーズンとナッツも入ってる。これは良いアクセント。
マトンは結構たくさん入ってるように思えたけれど、ほぼ骨で可食部はわずか。
ビリヤニはお米がふわっ、パラっとしたものが好みだけれど、オールバスマティライスのマトン入り、サラダとドリンク付きで1000円なら、また食べると思う。
